Chilly the Bird needs a home

Chilly is a King pigeon, raised for meat, sold as poultry and rescued as a stray from the streets of SF. Chilly had some abrasions to her (?) face and was facing shelter euthanasia. She's healing up fine in the foster aviary and would really love to live out her life in peace. She needs a home- preferably in a flock of other rescued King pigeons. She's an ideal candidate for a sanctuary!
